Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CtrlB, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
- Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms
- If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service immediately
Use of the Service
Users are responsible for any activity that occurs through their account.
- Do not sell, transfer, license, or assign your account or any account rights
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date billing information
- Configure access controls appropriately for your organization
- Ensure you have the rights to any data you ingest into the platform
- Comply with all applicable laws and notify us promptly of unauthorized access
Payment and Billing Terms
Billing follows published pricing or your enterprise agreement.
- Pro plan: $0.20 / GB per 30-day period
- Free plan: 150 GB / month included
- Invoices are due on receipt, plus applicable taxes
- Overdue accounts may be suspended; pricing changes require 30 days' notice
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
Restrictions
You agree not to engage in prohibited activities including, but not limited to:
- Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the service in any medium
- Attempting to interfere with or compromise the integrity of the platform
- Using the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability.
- Termination may occur for any reason, including breach of these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- Material revisions will include at least 30 days' notice before taking effect
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
Limitation of Liability
CtrlB and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect damages.
- This includes incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Applies to directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
- Conflict of law provisions shall not apply
- Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of United States courts
